Arnie

Arnie was a worker in a small manufacturing plant who was suddenly promoted to "entry level" upper management. The show deals with his situations at work, being often caught between good management decisions versus doing right by his old cronies who still worked in the labor force.

He would often take his situations home where he would try to get his family to help him decide what he should do. All this sounds a bit serious but was presented in a very humorous manner while also offering certain little lessons of life.
