HAWK

HAWK was a short-running TV show, a police story with a twist. John Hawk (played by Burt Reynolds) was a full-blooded Iroquois Indian working the night beat for the New York District Attorney's Office with his partner Detective Dac Carter (played by Wayne Grice). Together, the officers will come face to face with crime, murder and racism. The show also had a special effect-it was filmed on location in and around New York City at night, which gave the show a special look. Sadly, only 13 episodes were produced and aired.
